ABIT (A Better Interval Timer) was created to simplify creating, doing, and sharing your custom workouts. Easily combine timed (EMOM, HIIT, TABATA, stretching routines) and rep count-based intervals (dumbells, body weight, gym machines, CrossFit WODs) into one workout, then share it with anyone!

Features Include
• Timed Intervals - displays a count down timer while you do the interval.
• Rep Intervals - mark the interval as complete when you are finished with the reps.
• For Time Blocks - group your workout into different sections with their own round numbers
• AMRAP Blocks - do as many reps as possible within the block time limit
• Tags - give your workout tags so they are organized and you can find them again easier
• Text to Speech - toggle the settings to announce the current interval’s block number, round number, description, half way time, or last three seconds
• Completed Workouts - view past workouts with data on each block, round, and interval (use ABIT while tracking a workout with any fitness device writing to the Health app to get additional stats on heart rate and calories)
• Full Screen Mode - view the current interval in full screen for maximum visibility
• Schedule Workouts - Set a day to do your workout and have it appear at the top of your created workouts
